We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **SOX - Internal Control Champion**, based in **Cd Juarez.**

As SOX - Internal Control Champion will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Assistant Regional Controller.

**Your tasks will be**:

- Implement internal controls in plants.
- Update of guides in preparation for quarterly SOX training based on SOX Internal Control reviews, policy changes and compliance analysis.
- Follow up and review with plant management the implementation of corrective actions to close SOX deficiencies on a quarterly basis and validation of documentary support.
- Maintain a database to store the SOX documentation received on a quarterly basis and carry out the control review.
- Review of the analyzes and reviews related to Compliance reports, ensure the reinforcement of the processes with the departments based on the risks and deficiencies detected in each compliance.
- Identify processes for automation and standardization as continuous improvement in controls.

**To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have**
- Education in Accountant, Public Accountant, or any related field.
- Computer package management.
- 3 years minimum of experience in accountant field.
- English Advanced level.
- Prefer experience as an auditor of financial statements in one of the 4 firms.
- Experience in internal controls in the automotive industry.
- Good customer service.
- Problem solving skills.
