If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.You will be responsible for Communicate SOX / Internal Control guidelines to operations and finance teams, improve current systems to maintain an effective internal control environment at the LMCA level, monitoring compliance with SOX controls to prevent significant adjustments for operational and financial risks and to achieve satisfactory audits to ensure compliance with SOX, USGAAP, MEXGAAP, LEAP and C-TPAT regulations.**Your task will be**- Provide face-to-face training to new plants to implement SOX controls and provide support to other regions in establishing SOX controls- Guide update in preparation for quarterly SOX training- Follow up and review with plant management the implementation of corrective actions to close SOX deficiencies on a quarterly basis and validation of documentary support.- Carry out quality reviews of the plants in accordance with sox, leap and CTPAT, monitor compliance with these controls to prevent risks.- Revisión de los análisis y revisiones relacionadas con reportes de Compliance, asegurar el reforzamiento de los procesos con los departamentos en base a los riesgos y deficiencias detectadas en cada compliance.**To succeed in this role, you will need**- Bachelor's degree in accounting.- +3 Years as an internal auditor in an audit firm or automotive industry.- Management of Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate), SAP, HFM, QAD.- Advanced English level essential.- Indispensable knowledge in tax regulations in Mexico, NIF, internal controls.- Analytical skills, teamwork, and effective communication skills
