Job Description Luxury and tranquility in an authentic setting await our Owners and Guests at the Himmel Spa. As a Spa Concierge you will offer our Guests a professional and personalized spa experience. The expertise and attention to detail you provide during the booking process and behind the scenes will ensure our guests have a memory to share.

Job attached off-seasons.Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide.Learning programs through our Academies.Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21.What you will be doing: Be knowledgeable about all Spa treatment offerings and book Owners and Guests for their services.Assist in the operation of the Spa department including opening and/or closing the Spa daily.Sell retail spa products and assist Owners and Guests with the use of the sauna, steam, whirlpool, etc.Maintain the spa facilities, including locker rooms, in peak sanitary condition at all times and report any equipment deficiencies.Follow departmental, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.Qualifications Schedule flexibility is required including weekend and holiday shifts, as well as shifts that may end at 8pm.Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.Highly responsible & reliable, able to work independently under limited direct supervision.Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining professional, calm, and courteous at all times.Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred.CPR and First Aid certification preferred.Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to): Frequent standing and walking throughout shift, occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs, frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.Additional Information Visa Requirements: Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the USA.
Starting hourly wage: $20.02/hr
