Spanish Client Relations/Case Manager

We are in search of a Spanish/English bilingual employee to assist with our Spanish speaking clients. Our office has working hours Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm PST. The position is available to a remote worker who has full time availability during those working hours.Job Duties including, but not limited to, the following:- Complete Intake Form with Potential Clients- Communicate between Office Employee and clients as needed- Request Medical and Billing Records- Request Police Reports- Open Insurance Claims- Communicate between office, treating providers and clients- Track client's treatment and medical recommendations- Excellent written and verbal understanding of BOTH English and Spanish- Fast learner- Ability to follow instruction and learn tasks associated with Personal Injury Claims- Knowledge or familiarity of Personal Injury Claims is a plus- Access to and Understanding of Microsoft Word- High school graduate- Familiarity of GMail and Google CalendarPay: $123.00 - $177.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekApplication Question(s):- Are you available for full time work, 9:00am - 5:00pm PST?**Education**:- High school or equivalent (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Spanish (required)Work Location: Remote
