**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Contracts Spclst, you'll be responsible for:
- Supply Chain, Bailment and Construction agreements drafting, generating and interpretation.
- Corporate Policies implementation.
- Provide training for contracting and other legal relevant topics.
- Support Management on Special Projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory framework throughout the contracting cycle.

As a minimum you must have:
- University degree in Law
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on the legal department of an international company or law firm.
- Bilingual (Eng-Spa)
- Tech Savy with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
- Microsoft 365 Suite experience (Office).
It would be nice if you have:
- Contract Lifecycle Management System experience.
