**Country**:Mexico**Location**:LOC5001: Carrier - Plant A, Galeana 469 Ote, Santa Catarina, 66350 Mexico**Role Responsibilities**:- Maintain payroll accounting information by collecting, calculating, and entering data- Perform activities necessary to balance and reconcile GL accounts- Resolves discrepancies and inquires- Assure compliance with Mexico Law, company payroll and accounting policies- Supports clients and business partners by providing accurate, relevant, and timely data.- Manage, report and mistake proof escapes & turn-backs- Liaison with internal/external auditors on payroll related audits**Role Purpose**:**Minimum Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience- Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles and practices- Familiarity with ADP Global View or other enterprise payroll software- Excellent verbal and written communication sills- Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills- Ability to work under changing priorities and with firm deadlines- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential data**Carrier is An Equal **Opportunity/Affirmative** Action Employer.
