**Role Responsibilities**:

- Maintain payroll accounting information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
- Perform activities necessary to balance and reconcile GL accounts
- Resolves discrepancies and inquires
- Assure compliance with Mexico Law, company payroll and accounting policies
- Supports clients and business partners by providing accurate, relevant, and timely data.
- Manage, report and mistake proof escapes & turn-backs
- Liaison with internal/external auditors on payroll related audits

**Role Purpose**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with ADP Global View or other enterprise payroll software
- Excellent verbal and written communication sills
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work under changing priorities and with firm deadlines
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential data
