**Country**:Mexico**Location**:LOC5006: F&S - Navojoa, Boulevard Eje 1 SN, Navojoa, 85895 Mexico**Responsibilities**:- Supports the development of project plans, schedules and budgets for projects under his/her responsibility to ensure adherence to the established program plan, schedule, and budget.- Tracks progress and identifies/resolves obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules.- Forecasts project revenues and re-estimates project costs on a monthly basis to monitor costs and to maximize project profitability.- Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to optimize performance.- Maintains and presents plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s) to track progress and ensure that established targets are met.- Identifies and addresses project problems and recommends resolutions to ensure the successful completion of projects.- Facilitates project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.**Basic Qualifications**:- Undergraduate Degree with 5+ years program/project management, manufacturing, operations, and/or supply chain experience.Or, Graduate Degree with 3+ years of program/project management, manufacturing, operations, and/or supply chain experience.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Strong written and oral communication skills, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.- Ability to influence, collaborate and work across all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.- High degree of independence- Problem solving attitude with focus on teamwork- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Office, PowerPoint)- Engage with program team daily and provide solutions to potential risks- Relentless drive to overachieve, outstanding team player, strategic vision with ability to execute- Ability to work on complex problems in an ambiguous environment- Knowledge of Microsoft ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Power BI, JDE (SAP support) systems.**Additional information**- Travelling is required between 25%-50% nationally and internationally.**Carrier is An Equal **Opportunity/Affirmative** Action Employer.
