The sourcing and distribution network is quite complex with 10,000+ SKUs sourced from 80+ factories and supplied to 500+ customers in 100+ countries. The business has outpaced Unilever growth for the last 5 years and closed 202_3_ with €1._4_bn global TO making it the fastest Unilever MCO to reach one billion._**JOB PURPOSE**We are looking for a leader with a passion to drive growth for our** **Greater Caribbean (GC) **New **Business.** UI has recently announced the takeover of the Dominican Republic exports business ($20m turnover per year) and has plans for further large growth in the region over the next 6 to 12 months. The role is responsible for leading the supply chain transition and implementation for on time, in full delivery of all projects in the GC region, from business case approval through launch and making it fully operational. This will include project management, stakeholder management, project execution, tracking, customer service, and supply planning.
