Welcome to Bosch.**Job Description**:A professional to support the organization, planning and execution of special projects and tasks aligned to the localization & operative activities leaded by the project purchasing teams in Toluca. These includes activities with internal and external business partners.Activities includes also: maintain meeting schedule and daily agenda in Outlook for head of department, arrange and coordinate larger meetings/events/workshops at department or team level, arrange resources, consolidate/review slides and presentations, consolidate agenda, send invitations.Prepare and distribute periodical KPI reports to project Purchasing Management, department and external stakeholders; tracking of deliverables, follow up, send reminders and reporting.Coordinate and execute special projects and other duties as assigned by head of department.
