Overview: STATEMENT:The AR specialist is responsible for monitor the proper functioning of the AR module by identifying possible discrepancies in the creation of receipts, invoices, DM/CM. Validate the accuracy in the subledgers, ensuring correct correlation with linked modules such as AP, GL, and order management. The role involves bringing knowledge of the functioning of the AR module in order to act as a stakeholder in testing, enhancements, or resolving queries from finance managers, GTS, or corporate.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:Include the responsibilities of the position 5 to 8 in total Please be sure that each one is a responsibility and not an activity ranking by importance.1. Review GL and AR balance to ensure no mismatches between the two Oracle Modules. Otherwise, analysis and support any variance.2. Attending internal projects such as developing new payment options.3. Performs journal entries with a high level of accuracy.5. Identify areas of improvement and discuss with manager for review and planning. And promote innovation environment into the team.6. Support and lead internal and External Audit processes.7. Review ME closing activities to avoid delays in EOM scheduledSPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:NoneJob Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:(Please be sure that each of the qualifications listed in this section are truly required to perform the essential functions of the job. If not, they should reside in the PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS section.)**Skills**:- Advance stakeholder management and communication skills.- Understanding OTC end to end process.- Ability to solve practical and critical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills, strong technical aptitude.- Strong customer and results orientation- Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversify- Ability to function as an effective team member and strong ability to build team spirit- Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves- Wide computer and software operation skills (Oracle or any ERP, MS Office, etc.)Languages:- Advance in English**Experience**:- 4 years of experience in Accounting**Education**:- Public accountant degreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Advance level in Excel- Fluent English level.
