Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Job Title Network Voice EngineerWork Mode: Hybrid in Mexico CityJob DescriptionAs a Network Voice Engineer you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our voice communication systems You will be responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and enhancing our VoIP infrastructure ensuring seamless voice communication across the organization The ideal candidate will have handson experience with a variety of voice technologies including VoIP gateways voice circuits call recording systems and contact center solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesManage and administer VoIP gateways including Audiocodes and Cisco to ensure optimal performance and reliabilityMonitor and troubleshoot voice circuits identifying and resolving connectivity issues in a timely mannerOversee call recording and workforce management systems such as Verint and NICE to ensure compliance and operational efficiencyAdminister and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager CUCM for call routing and managementSupport CC servers and Genesys Cloud Contact Center solutions optimizing configurations for efficient call handlingManage voice recording systems including WILMAC Korea ensuring accurate and secure storage of communication dataMaintain IPC phone trading systems for efficient financial communication and collaborationProvide support for Cisco Jabber addressing user issues and implementing enhancementsCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement voicerelated projects and initiativesStay updated on emerging voice technologies and best practices recommending solutions for continuous improvementQualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field7 years of experience as a Network Voice Engineer or similar roleHandson experience with VoIP gateways such as Audiocodes and CiscoProficiency in managing voice circuits and call routing protocolsExperience with call recording and workforce management systems such as Verint and NICEStrong understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager CUCM administrationFamiliarity with CC servers voice recording systems and contact center solutionsKnowledge of IPC phone trading systems and Cisco JabberExperience with Genesys Cloud Contact Center is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fastpaced collaborative environmentWillingness to work in 24X7 projects Shifts Job Segment: Network Engineer, Cisco, Telecom, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
