This position will be responsible of the following (not limited):- To participate actively in the Process Documentation Control implementation, management, and maintenance on a GBS global level according to the definitions and specifications outlined in the Service Management Framework.- To drive innovation and improvements in efficiency, service, internal controls, and quality through optimization of processes and technology solutions to meet or exceed operational key metrics/goals.- To partner with Process Improvement colleagues in other GBS locations, driving operational benchmarking across GBS functions within Herbalife with the objective of achieving industry best practice in GBS activities.- To manage operational improvement efforts for enhancements, projects, and guide different teams focused on improvement efforts.- To generate short and long-term recommendations based on financial impacts analysis of different initiatives.- To document and/or maintain all process related documentation of the GBS in-scope functions, ensuring constant updates, distribution to impacted stakeholders according to the guidelines for Process Control outlined in the GBS Service Management Framework.- To develop solutions for innovation and improvements in efficiency, service, internal controls, and quality through optimization of processes and where suitable based on technology solutions.- To manage operational improvement efforts and drive continuous improvement projects.- To define and support the implementation of Lean & Six Sigma projects.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:In conjunction with functional leads/partners, utilize process improvement methodologies like DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve Control), Six Sigma, or Lean Six Sigma to conduct end-to-end operational process reviews and drive improvements that result and leverage best practices.To support and drive continuous improvement culture through training, coordination, and implementation of principles of Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations with functional area partnersTo oversee GBS process review, solution new process designs, and provide assessments of operational impacts (financial, service, internal controls, quality, etc
