STATEMENT:
The Continuous Process Improvement Specialist is a professional level role, with responsibility at our Global Business Services (GBS) organization, located in our Guadalajara Global Business Service Center to establish and grow an environment.
This position will be responsible of the following (not limited):

- To participate actively in the Process Documentation Control implementation, management, and maintenance on a GBS global level according to the definitions and specifications outlined in the Service Management Framework.
- To drive innovation and improvements in efficiency, service, internal controls, and quality through optimization of processes and technology solutions to meet or exceed operational key metrics/goals.
- To partner with Process Improvement colleagues in other GBS locations, driving operational benchmarking across GBS functions within Herbalife with the objective of achieving industry best practice in GBS activities.
- To manage operational improvement efforts for enhancements, projects, and guide different teams focused on improvement efforts.
- To generate short and long-term recommendations based on financial impacts analysis of different initiatives.
- To document and/or maintain all process related documentation of the GBS in-scope functions, ensuring constant updates, distribution to impacted stakeholders according to the guidelines for Process Control outlined in the GBS Service Management Framework.
- To develop solutions for innovation and improvements in efficiency, service, internal controls, and quality through optimization of processes and where suitable based on technology solutions.
- To manage operational improvement efforts and drive continuous improvement projects.
- To define and support the implementation of Lean & Six Sigma projects.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
In conjunction with functional leads/partners, utilize process improvement methodologies like DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve Control), Six Sigma, or Lean Six Sigma to conduct end-to-end operational process reviews and drive improvements that result and leverage best practices.
To support and drive continuous improvement culture through training, coordination, and implementation of principles of Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations with functional area partners
To oversee GBS process review, solution new process designs, and provide assessments of operational impacts (financial, service, internal controls, quality, etc.)
To act as a Change Agent working closely with functions, SMF and internal customers on optimizing Quality, Efficiency, Cost and Customer Value in multiple engagements.
To participate with functional partners on re-engineering GBS processes globally and guide through necessary support, building it out in BPM (Business Process Management software) or similar tools.
To work closely with functional teams to obtain input of diverse views, facilitate generation of ideas, analyze operational risks), and work across traditional functional boundaries to mitigate risks & establish common goals to deliver value to the business.
To help re-designing operational processes, supporting GBS functions and contributing to a worldwide standard approach for Continuous Improvement within the guidelines and strategy outlined in the Global GBS Service Management Framework.
To benchmark operational processes against external GBS Centers to target industry best practices, collaborating with other internal GBS colleagues globally to maximize Herbalife's performance to achieve industry best practice standards of performance.
To develop and maintain overall implementation project plans, schedules, resource plans priorities and dependencies for business project efforts.
To help designing and implementing KPI measures, measurement systems and visual tracking controls/dashboards to manage process performance for sustainability and continuous improvement
To provide reports to management and internal stakeholders explaining business project status, issues, risks and timeline, and any changes to original plans.
S/He might conduct statistical analysis to support operational improvement efforts.
To act as an effective persuader and influencer to conduct improvement efforts and achieve desired outcomes without direct authority.

Job Qualifications:
Skills/Education/Experience:

- Analytical skills and the ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (including Access) & Minitab.
- Excellent written
