Drives customer chargebacks, repairs, inventory control and/or information flows. Develops and executes systems or procedures to handle all customer complaints accurately and expeditiously, order entry, expediting, order processing. Manage marketing and demand forecast to determine optimum inventory stocking levels, determine causes that affect service levels. Responsible to determine production scheduling in the manufacturing facilities. Responsible for the process to ensure that all customers will have answers on requests about delivery dates, lead time, or other logistics topics.Role Responsibilities:Propose/challenge logistic process evolutions in order to improve customer satisfaction, automate order entry, expediting, order processing, editing, follow-up, spare part processing, and/or shipping processes.Ensure prompt, thorough handling of all customer inquiries, claims and complaints, chargebacks, repairs and/or returned material.Provide satisfactory solutions to customers related to Lead Times (LT) and Delivery Dates (DD).Manage marketing demand forecast and backlog to determine optimum inventory levels and appropriate stocking programs.Drive follow-up and determine causes that affect service levels.Collaborate with the Manufacturing Floor to provide the scheduled production.Interface with Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting to develop, implement, and drive systems to facilitate Production Scheduling.Coordinate and analyze business growth on products to balance the scheduling of new and existing products.Describe what this person will be doing in common terms:Review delivery dates with customers.Review urgent orders to check with the plant for any improvements on the delivery dates.Travel: Up to 50%Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 5 Years of experience in the following areas:Solid experience in customer service, schedule production, materials, supply chain.Advanced English Level.Experience with ORACLE system.Knowledge of shipping and logistics.Manage and develop personnel.Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or International Business.100% On-site.Preferred Qualifications:Management and negotiations with external and internal customers.Launch of new projects.Management of billing systems
