We are 29,000 strong, working together across 1,500+ pet care centers, 250+ Vetco Total Care hospitals, hundreds of preventive care clinics, eight distribution centers and two support centers.**Objectives of this role**- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content- Work with a graphic designer and other key stakeholders to maintain Petco's employer brand digital presence- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it's performing and optimize user experience- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content**Responsibilities**- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques- Develop and monitor campaign budgets- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in Petco's employer brand marketing campaigns**Experience**- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required- Two to five years of experience in digital marketing and advertising- Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool- Understands website metrics and best practices- Extensive knowledge of the predominant digital marketing platforms.- A good grasp of marketing automation and lead software is also beneficial
