The LEGO ways of working reflects dynamicAs Payroll Specialist, you are responsible for delivering a consistent service to all the customers of the Share Service.This means to meet the customers' expectations and provide them with a top professional service, incorporating the LEGO values.**Beside of this you will be responsible for**:Guarantee all Payroll Inputs are processed correctly and on time for more than 4,000 employees for USA.- Follow and operate according to policies of Payroll processes, supporting compliance.- Develop Business Contingency Plans for natural incidents, legal or technological changes ensuring employee's payments.- Ensure high level of Customer Service, using Tone of Voice.- Collaborate with colleagues for the benefit of the whole (teammate)- Prepare metrics and reporting analysis around Payroll. Ensuring great performance in Payroll Accuracy and Timeliness.- Ensure quality on data and Payroll Calculations.**Skills**:Bachelor ´s degree- 3-5 years of prior Payroll experience or Human Resources.- Experience or understanding of the North America Payroll, regulatory environment and tax rules are preferred.- Previous experience working with Payroll Vendors (ADP, EPI USE).- Knowledge of Kronos, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday & Chronos.- Excellent time management skills.
