This position is responsible of Human resources processes related to HCM, Compensation, Wellness, Staffing, HRIS and Training and attend requirements from employees and managers, this position also provides general HR related support with a variety of support in all related area as well as ensuring accuracy in all HRIS
Responsible the ability to plan, organize and coordinate a broad assortment of activities and projects in a timely manner. The Associate Specialist will exercise independent discretion and judgment to solve problems regarding project, department or division-related work.
**RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**
**Administration**
- o Ensure all **HR policies, processes, programs** are updated and based on local regulations, communicating effectively and ensure availability for internal customers.- o Implement & optimize any **policy for MX** that need to be aligned with the global policies in the corporation ensuring consistency across all these countries-
- o Execution and assessment of assigned **Compliance/Ethics trainings**, making sure there is alignment with corporation.- Responsible for maintaining update **HRIS core data** (for ACM & OLAC).
- o **Human Resources system administration** (generating registrations, cancellations, salary movements, EPS monthly reports submission upfront Colombian (government offices).- **Maintain support to MX members **on administrative activities such as, EHS projects, monthly reports, engagement initiatives & collaborate with the RSM's including (providers, payments, etc.) and delivering guidance and support to administrative position on these related activities.
- o Manage Vacations and/or any system such as **Absence Management system** for MX to manage vacations for employees and consolidate reports to payroll- o **Manage Payroll incidences** for MX having a close collaboration and communication with Finance partners to ensure payments are processed on time and in a correct manner.- o Managing appropriately invoice, payments to the partners- o Notifying any incident or changes to AHP of the rest of the countries in service for Ansell- o Oracle Administration of all collaborator information (additions, dismissals, salary change, position, grade, manager)- o Ensure all communications to all team members.- o **Attract talent** for the open positions in ACM ensuring to bring talent for the organization using existing tools for staffing purposes that fit/match Ansell's culture- o **Promote Engagement** and support plan for ACM to promote positive environment, through initiatives, feedback from employees (Focus Groups/1x1's) and implement a plan for the year in conjunction with Engagement team.- o Handles a variety of administrative transactions, which requires familiarity with the company's rules and employees' practices and procedures- o Ensure accuracy in all systems and Company's plataforms.-
- o Interactive relationship with all internal customers, such as Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Medical, Supply and/or any other segments to arrive to the business results for ACM- o Participating with team (Global CB & HRBP) to work on the following projects:
- o Market Benefits Competitiveness ACM (to provide internal data to comp & benefits so they can analyze the market and know where ACM stands).- o **Super user eCareer platform**
