**Meet Our Team****What You Will Be Doing**- Support exec and functional communications across our leadership team.- Support execution of employee engagement events, including regular All Hands meetings.- Measurement, reporting and analysis regarding communications initiatives and activities.**What You Bring To The Team**- 2-7 years in internal, employee, marketing and/or exec comms, public relations, or related fields- Self-starter, detail oriented, proactive, ability to work both independently and in teams- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality work with limited guidance, delivering results with good judgment in a fast-paced environment- Ability to build trust and interact with execs with confidence, proactively driving desired outcomes- Excellent project and time management skills- Bachelor's degree in relevant field- Strong proficiency with:- MS O365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Forms, SharePoint, Stream)- Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx Meeting and Event Center, or related meeting platforms- Survey, measurement and analytics tools (e.G.
