.Overview:Deadline to apply: July 7thLevel: SpecialistHiring Manager: Hortencia AkeTHE ROLE:The Specialist, Global Learning & Leadership is accountable for supporting the Talent Management global strategy of Herbalife. Specifically, they are responsible for the coordination, development, and implementation of deliverables for the Global Learning & Leadership function.The Specialist, Global Learning & Leadership will ensure coordinated project plans, tracking, content, tools and support required for successful learning are provided to the team. They are a member of the Global Talent Management team and will provide technical and operational expertise to the team focusing on the continuous process improvement, quality, controls, etc. of learning and leadership content, materials, and resources. This position will understand the priorities, objectives, and challenges to be able to support content development across learning needs and recommend appropriate solutions.They will drive these efforts collaboratively with the business by establishing constructive partnerships with Global Business Services (GBS), Center of Excellence (COE), internal Herbalife clients and Regional Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) to evolve the current delivery model and prepare for future global expansion.Responsibilities and tasks associated with the role- Responsible for coordinating and communicating all Learning & Leadership projects, initiatives and deliverables aligning with other Talent Management initiatives and creating & maintaining an annual Learning & Leadership activity calendar.- Support the global learning & leadership team with all relevant tasks as required including constantly looking at what is best practice in the marketplace and carrying out the due diligence to assess compatibility for introduction of new initiatives that will support the development of Herbalife employees- Maintain operational relationships with Learning & Leadership vendors- Partner with GBS on Learning & Leadership procedures and deliverables- Partner with the business and HRBPs to ensure training is aligned with leader development needs and address business issues, both short- and long-term.- Partner with departments and HRBPs on custom requests including team-building sessions, custom solutions, etc
