After all, what better guarantee is there than increased safety, security and productivity than through adequate protection.This position is responsible for Human resources processes related to HCM, Compensation, Wellness, Staffing, HRIS, and Training, and attending to requirements from employees and managers. This position also provides general HR-related support with a variety of tasks in all related areas as well as ensuring accuracy in all HRIS.Responsible for the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate a broad assortment of activities and projects in a timely manner. The Associate Specialist will exercise independent discretion and judgment to solve problems regarding project, department, or division-related work.RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIESAdministrationEnsure all HR policies, processes, programs are updated and based on local regulations, communicating effectively and ensuring availability for internal customers.Implement & optimize any policy for MX that needs to be aligned with the global policies in the corporation ensuring consistency across all these countries.Communicate any changes made in a timely manner and ensure application of those policies/processes are used by team members.Execution and assessment of assigned Compliance/Ethics trainings, ensuring alignment with the corporation.Responsible for maintaining updated HRIS core data (for ACM & OLAC).Human Resources system administration (generating registrations, cancellations, salary movements, EPS monthly reports submission to Colombian government offices).Maintain support to MX members on administrative activities such as EHS projects, monthly reports, engagement initiatives & collaborate with RSMs including (providers, payments, etc.) and delivering guidance and support to administrative positions on these related activities.Manage Vacations and/or any system such as Absence Management system for MX to manage vacations for employees and consolidate reports to payroll.Manage Payroll incidences for MX, maintaining close collaboration and communication with Finance partners to ensure payments are processed on time and correctly.Manage invoices and payments to partners appropriately.Notify any incidents or changes to AHP of the rest of the countries in service for Ansell
