Key Responsibilities Develops group wide infrastructure architecture vision, based on ISA95/99 standards, within specific technical domain. Provides a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, technology and assets. Leads the development of infrastructure strategy, service delivery standards and procedures for the industrial OT infrastructure.**_The Opportunity _**_: _Resolve complex trouble tickets spanning across different technologies and fine tune infrastructure for optimum performance and/or provide technical and people leadership (Hierarchical or Lateral)- _Mentor new team members in understanding customer infrastructure and processes _- _Perform ticket data analysis for incident reduction _- _Perform capacity planning based on increased demand _- _Perform root cause analysis to find out corrective and preventive actions after every major incidents and escalations _- _Work on problem tickets for finding permanent solutions of repeated issues _- _Review and approve roll out and roll back plan for change implementation and ensure adherence for preventing unauthorized changes _- _Identify opportunities for continued service improvement and delivery excellence, which contributes to cost and optimization benefits to customer**_What you need _**:- Minimum 8 years of working experience in Networking technologies majorly in Industrial / OT environment.- Experience in Network and Compute transformation projects in alignment with IT and OT standards. Experience leading small teams.- Experience in handling multiple projects with tight deadlines and organizing time and resources to deliver consistent results for the business.- Is fully familiar with recognised industry bodies of knowledge both generic and specific.- Be able to advise optimizations and improvements in processes and overall approach where necessary.- Demonstrates leadership.
