Overview:**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:Is responsible for the recruitment, selection and hiring of direct and indirect staff.It produces several reports related to the "headcount" for internal use and addressed to the various government authorities.It serves all the staff.**Responsibilities**:The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing:1. Communicates disciplinary actions to direct and indirect personnel.2. Works with Production Supervisors to monitor labor disputes and communicatesdisciplinary action.3. Prepares letters for various uses to all personnel upon request, as well as necessary documentation.4. Handles resignations and dismissals of direct and indirect staff.5. Performs weekly and monthly internal reports on a weekly basis (absenteeism, delays, etc.)6. Feeds employee-related information into the Clock SystemQualifications:- Bachelor in Business Administration, Labour Relations, or Psychology- 2 years of experience in Personnel Management roles- Knowledge of Federal Labour Act- English Language 80%- Extroverted personality- Highly Organized- Customer Service- Patience and Tolerance- Availability of Schedule- Good interpersonal relationships- Ability to manage conflicts- Teamwork- Follow Written and verbal instructions- Ability to work with multiple tasks- Microsoft Office
