We are committed to the success of our clients, employees, and investors by fostering a culture where every employee can make a difference!Are You:- Interested in fleet management?- Looking to be in direct contact with customers?As the In-Plant Full Service, you will be responsible for the resolution of any Operational requirement of the Client (Drivers or Fleet Managers), proposing improvements in accordance with the Policy of the company to which you are assigned.A Day in the Life- Complete Product Management from an Operations perspective to solve any customer requirement (Drivers or Fleet Managers) e.G. Purchases, Billing, Maintenance, Insurance, Agencies, End of Lease, Personalized attention to VIP users.- Maintain controls and databases updated with the information of the Client's Fleet.- Resolution and Escalation in time and form (with the Operations and / or Commercial area) of any situation that compromises the business relationship and work together with the Fleet Partner Solution.- Provide Support in the implementation and design of communication campaigns related to Fleet Management; maintain effective communication with Element's Operational areas.- Generation of Purchase Orders, provisions (annual or monthly), invoice validation and payment monitoring (Contractual).**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality Industry, or Engineering.- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service (Preferably, KAM or similar position).- Leasing Experience (Preferably Vehicles) and driving light vehicles.- Excellent verbal and written communication, and great teamwork.- Leadership Skills (Formal or Informal)- Open to change with a focus on solutions, sometimes with partial information and adaptability to the culture of diverse companies.- Decision-making under pressure with risk analysis- Excellent task tracking, and fast learningWhat's in it for You- A culture of innovation, empowerment, decision-making, and accountability- Comprehensive health and welfare benefits that serve the needs of you and your family and foster a culture of wellness- Additional benefits and amenities, including paid time-off programs (vacation, sick leave, and holidays)- Hybrid work environment for most positions- or call _- 55 5018 7100
