Purpose of the Job Rights & DutiesThe Head Internal controls & compliance Officer is responsible to ensure strong internal control environmentthrough improvement of current policies and procedures, identify and develop additional internal controls requiredand anti-fraud and money laundry prevention and detection. In addition, this position will be the Compliance officerwith the duty to work with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory and business risks, identify andhandle compliance matters that arise following corporate guidance and recommendations and ensuring theimplementation and adherence to the improvements identified as part of the continues improvement cycle of thefunction.. Their objective is to ensure that an organization has internal controls that adequately measure andmanage the risks it faces.Tasks Compliance Officer?Organization of ongoing compliance communication to entity?s employees?Contributing to company?s risk assessment in connection with quarterly CAR risk reporting and annualmanagement review??Ensuring that all employees receive compliance trainings.?Adaptation of training material and policies provided by Corporate Compliance to local requirements and theentity's needs (if required)?Identification of further local policies or training needs (e. g. on the basis of a risk analysis of the complianceareas relevant to the entity),**Requirements**:3 years of Importante empresa evaluating and improving internal controls and/or managing compliance topics.Knowledge of business continuity management/risk management.Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify, assess and address risk, materiality and interdependenciesand translate into impact analysis to generate recommendations for improvement
