Administers Dealer to Dealer system, D2D process and shipment anomalies. Coordinates with dealers, third party providers, internal departments, and NNA IS groups to resolve logístical and systems interface issues and ensure accurate processing of physical shipments and electronic data transactions. Performs parts loyalty support and analysis for dealer parts purchase activities, including on-line Brand protection activities.Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.**Job Functions**- Administers and facilitates D2D program enrollment of new dealers and provide support for new and existing enrolled dealers in the Parts Locator and D2D Referral capabilities.- Supports administration of daily D2D functionality to resolve error conditions in daily operational processes; collects and reports dealer inventory information; interfaces with dealers, transportation carriers, third party data extraction entities, dealer management system providers- NNA regional personnel, NNA PDCs, and other NNA departments as needed. Administers process and shipment anomalies in the D2D Referral program.- Prepares required D2D volume, performance and compliance reporting.- As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.- Support Parts Loyalty projects to increase profitability.- Daily point of contact for online brand protection activities**Minimum Qualifications**Job Knowledge and Skill:- General business knowledge of service parts logistics and distribution processes in the automotive OE and dealer environment.- Strong analytical skills.- Strong telephone/interpersonal communications and problem-solving skills.- Demonstrated competency in teamwork and collaborative business environments.- General small package and common carrier transportation knowledge helpful.- ** Advanced English****Experience**:- Two or more years of problem-solving experience in distribution, dealer process and systems at a professional level. Dealer communications and relationship experience.
