Overview:
STATEMENT:
This position (as all the department) is responsible of the optimal management of Product, Apparel, Promotional items, and Literature prices in a worldwide bases, assuring complete accuracy in the pricing systems and compliance with the corporate pricing policies.
The person in this role masters the pricing analysis for Apparel and Promotional items seeking to meet the countries' pricing expectations and the company's margin requirements; but also, he/she will autonomous develop ad-hoc analysis pricing/product related.
S/he will develop and improve dashboards and reports; also, categorize the Product Portfolio in the Herbalife world to feed the reporting systems like MicroStrategy Business Intelligence or Payout reports. This position administrates and maintains, with high precision and accuracy, key information to run different reports and analysis such as the AoP margins, product pack components tracking, etc.
This role is key to the optimal performance of the department, supporting the daily operation with the correct guidance and the appropriate decisions. S/he should have the necessary knowledge to propose the correct AoP pricing strategy, lead projects/ad-hoc analysis, and oversee the monthly Dashboards prepared by the analysts.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage SKU assignment cycle:
- First point of contact and gatekeeper for all SKU requests and related troubleshooting as necessary
- Issue, communicate and setup of selling SKUs and related attributes
- Input and maintenance of pricelists
2. Price increase cycle:
- Control of approvals and routing as necessary
- Analysis
- Internal communication
- Implementation
3. Apparel and Promote Pricing:
- Partner with colleagues to obtain necessary data and generate pricing analyses
- Provide guidance to regional pricing colleagues
- Maintain pricing tool (margin database), create analyses, and formulate recommendations
4. Design and maintain tracking reports for critical activities and data
- New reports as needed
- Product Pack Components Tracking
- Monthly AoP Margin Run
5. Categorization:
- Product portfolio
- Payout categorization
6. Work with only mínimal direction in performing ad-hoc projects as needed.
7. Work effectively within tight, rapidly changing deadlines, using good judgment and perspective.
8. Ensure compliance with corporate policies:
- Maintain accurate documentation to support all analyses and price setups, and to provide a historic rationale when reviews are conducted in the future
- Ensure proper maintenance of departmental records and archives
