What you will be doingAdministration, supervision and testing, quality analysis, reporting, continuous review of the validity, requirements and standards of inputs, services, equipment, processes, products, packaging, shipping, delivery and manufacturing performance in accordance with SHES standards, regulations legal, management system and Orica objective.
Analyze and provide preventive and corrective diagnosis in coordination with the various operational, service or functional areas of the manufacturing center of deviations, incidents, and/or internal and external claims related to the quality and performance of the finished products.
Manage, maintain, administer and report the database and evidence of monitoring and/or compliance with plans, processes, programs, indicators, standards, incidents and others related to quality; as well as schedule and assign analysis, testing, investigation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the quality of supplies, services, equipment, processes, product, packaging, shipping and their performance; as well as detecting the need for training and development of the personnel in charge.
Manage and administer continuous improvement projects.
What you will bringChemical Engineering degree or equivalent.Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience post qualification.English conversational level.Availability to work in Cuatro Ciénegas.Microsoft Office experience.Knowledge of industrial safety programs, SHE, quality management systems or similar.How you shape and influence othersDemonstrates courage, resilience and flexibility.
