Role: QA Lead Automation (Java, Selenium, Manual) Experience: 7 to 9 Years Location: Mexico (Pacific Time Zone) Technical Skills (Mandatory) Hands-on experience with QA Automation Framework Technologies (Java, Selenium) Implementation, maintenance, and improvement of automation test scripts and automation framework Experience in writing test cases using Java and Selenium Experience in preparing test strategy, test plan, and test case execution Manual QA experience and a strong understanding of software testing methodologies Well-versed with STLC and functional regression testing Adherence to application testing best practices Technical Skills (Secondary - Nice to Have) Familiarity with Web APIs Good knowledge of API testing tools like Soap and Postman Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies Insurance domain knowledge Soft Skills Strong written and oral communication skills (onsite role) Strong ability to work with client stakeholders Requirement review and work effort estimation #J-18808-Ljbffr
