Identifies process weaknesses, and counsels with BU Leaders and Finance Managers to minimize risk through implementation of effective controls.- Interacts with federal, state, and local law enforcement.
Manages the recovery on uninsured claims; including facility damage, rearrangements, and service and contractual claims.- Defends small claims actions brought against the Corporation.- Administers a crisis management process and responds to incidents which threatens AT&T's assets.- Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers- Ability to train/work 40 hours per week during operating hours with two days off per week; we operate xam to xpm Monday to Sunday, while adapting to Daylight Saving Time when applicable- Ability to work in a hybrid model, alternating from remote work to in-office- Suitable space to work and reliable and high-speed internet connection (at least 20mbps wired connection).- At least 1 year of experience of Frontline and Backoffice Experience within Call Center Enviroment
