**Talent Management Specialist**:
Manage and support of Talent Management processes including Performance, Succession, Engagement, Learning and Development as well as support projects for talent identification, according to internal guidelines in order to maintain and sustain the talent management integrated strategy for YNCA. Administration and support to end users and maintenance of the SuccessFactors Modules for Talent Management.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Talent Management Processes Support.
- Manage and monitor the performance management process form start to end (Objective Setting, Year-round Monitoring and Year end Rating)
- Support of Succession Planning Process such as Talent Identification, Talent Review meeting and Succession Planning.
- Support corporate training needs of the organization by managing projects and developing training aids such as presentation materials, handouts, Quick Reference Guides, and workbooks.
- Train and support end users on Talent Management Processes (Performance Management, Succession Planning, Development Planning, Engagement, etc.)
- Coordinate and Support Super Users for North and Central America
- Coordinate Development Planning Process and projects (Position analysis and Training needs)
- Attend technical and process issues on Performance Management, Succession, Learning and Development processes for users in Mexico, Nicaragua, El Salvador, USA, Canada, and Guatemala
- Manage and sustain configuration needs on SuccessFactors Talent management modules
**Distinctive Requirements**:
- Professional in Engineering, Administration, Psychology or similar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Management Processes
- Travel Availability (25%)
- Fluent English level is required (Writing and Speaking)
- Experience using SuccessFactors
- Problem solving, customer service
