Collaborates and contributes to unit sales plan through pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting activities. This position consults on technical issues during joint sales call with the sales team.As a Specialist Technical Consultant, you will:Provide technical expertise in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications. Answer customer inquiries concerning system software and applications and provides software development and consultation to prospective users.Understand, develop, and deliver systems/applications solutions to customers business, information, technical and educational needs.Analyze standard practices, procedures, and data to determine answers to technical issues.Demonstrate a full working knowledge of assigned company products and services.Assignment may be at customer site, remote response center, corporate location, or another site. Consultant may build a mini application, based on customer requirements, to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping.Key Functions:Review RFP or equivalent documents.Gather scope and requirements.Manage resources across multiple organizations to develop operational solutions.Develop overall operational solution, flow diagrams & resource sizing models.Assist with RFP responses.Develop Customer presentations for operational solutions.What you'll need:Education: Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience: Prefers 3-5 years engineering and/or sales experience.Must be bilingual; fluent in English comprehension, speaking and writing.This position is 100% office.Availability to Work US hours.Your future is calling.
