Overview:
STATEMENT:
Mainly daily functions, which are not limited to: Ensuring proper Creation/Changes and/or modifications to vendor master data in Oracle System for the Americas Region; Annual massive vendor deactivation; Review of proper vendor creation within master data; liaison with vendors for reference and data validation; monitor request queues in the different systems, support of different projects relate with vendor data master area; Liason with Corporate and Regional Controllership for generation of metrics.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish SLA to ensure meet deadlines.
- Able to effectively and timely communicate with different levels of the Company,
- Addressing requests for information from Internal & External Auditors.
- Generating and communicating metrics for Americas region.
- Assist with other related tasks and deliverables on an as-needed basis.
- Monitor request queues in the different systems
- Ensure validation of vendor requests submitted through different systems against templates and or supporting documents, ensuring completeness of data.
- Ensure proper creation/modification and deactivation of vendors in the Oracle System.
- Ensure proper business and/or function approval received on each request.
- Monitor overall health of the data and execute cleansing efforts for Vendor Master Data.
- Ensure data processes and procedures are followed and completed by the team.
- Ensure the procedures (SOP) are updated for each country.
- Running Daily Vendor Validation reports to ensure all changes were approved and substantiated.
- Performing initial and recurring vendor screenings against OFAC listing through Exiger.
- Following through and adjudicating any OFAC matches (through Exiger), concluding on whether they are true or false.
- Immediately escalating true OFAC matches to Global Compliance team.
- Function as a liason with vendors for data validation and reference purposes.
- Ensure periodic deactivation of vendors (stand-alone or in bulk).
- Understanding and adhering to policies and procedures to maintain effective internal controls.
- Having a controls-based mindset and ensuring SOD guidelines are met without exception.

Languages:
- Advanced English (B2 or over)
**Experience**:
- 2-3 years' experience in customer service.
- 2-3 years' experience in GBS or multinational companies.
- Experience on Microsoft Excel
- Experience in vendor data management (desirable)
- Experience as supervisor or team lead.
- Experience on ERPs Oracle, SAP
- Analytics person with a strong results orientation
**Education**:
- Bachelor´s degree in Administration, Accounting or related careers.
