**What is the job about?**
**Your main responsibilities**:
- _Build and maintain positive relationships with the top engineering firms and main stakeholders including end users, design institute, architechtural firms, authorities, etc. Understanding their specific needs and requirements._
- _Proactively identify and develop opportunities for involvement in significant projects within the Commercial building industry._
- _Provide technical guidance and support to clients and engineering partners, ensuring they have access to the necessary information to make informed decisions._
- _Identify project specifications and requirements to specify the most suitable solution, with a particular focus development for E-products._
- _According to pipeline target, work out the strategy and action plan in the specific business area of the specific region._
- _Developing new business areas and collaborative partnerships, developing and coordinating activities in conjunction with the marketing team, aimed at adding value to relationships._
- _Project pipelines follow up and handover to the sales team, in charge of get information on stakeholders at the construction site to ensure the sales team's efficient follow-up._
**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:
- _Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years working experience_
- _Experience developing process within Commercial Buildings segment_
- _Experience working with distributors, wholesalers, installers, and end users_
- _Solid knowledge of plans, process, and activities in Commercial Buildings segment_
- _Great ability of influence others_
- _Specific technical knowledge of products, systems, and local regulation_
