This position requires a **high analytical and self-driven** professional to support the Global Supply Chain Planning Organization in their spend management.
Some of the **_activities_** that will be performed:
- Business Reviews with L2 and L3s
- Month end close activities (gap analysis, narratives, etc.)
- Forecasting activities (Short Term and Long-Term Planning)
- Everyday interaction with Global Supply Chain Planning Organization, Controllership and other finance areas
- Master data support (creating, maintenance)
- Digital dashboards development
The analyst should be capable to solve complex business issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, also this analyst should contribute to the development of new ideas and methods.
May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.

- Provides complex financial analysis.

- Forecasts financial results within a broad scope.
- Leads business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.
- Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts.
**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
- Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
- Typically experienced in more than one finance function.
