Description du posteAs part of a maternity leave replacement, the ACCOR group's sponsorship department is looking for a sponsorship director for a period of one year.
The sponsorship team is responsible for:
defining the partnership portfolio strategynegotiating and drawing up contracts with rights holdersdefining the activation strategyexecuting the various campaigns and events as part of the overall marketing plan for the ALL.com brand, the ACCOR group's hotel distribution platform, ALL, the group's loyalty programme and, where applicable, on behalf of a specific hotel brand within the groupglobal coordination of partnerships established at regional or local level and portfolio consistency at global levelThe sponsorship team is looking for a sponsorship strategy & planning manager from October 2024, whose main tasks will be to:
Gather and analyse data on the various sponsorship activitiesCreate benchmarks and market studiesCreate/update reporting and tools to measure the value of sponsorships and their return on investmentProduce strategic recommendations for the renewal of existing sponsorships or the arrival of new onesCoordinate and prepare monthly international Events, Experiences & Sponsorship committeesCoordinate administrative tasks relating to the proper negotiation, drafting and execution of sponsorship contracts (with the marketing, legal, finance, tax and CSR teams, etc.)Management of one person QualificationsEDUCATION
