Full management responsibility of a team, which may include management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations and may include budget approval.Responsibilities:Works with partner facing teams to understand and drive portfolio/marketing research engagements in support of product and loyalty innovation, digital integration, information security, and thought leadership.Provide strategic thought leadership and guidance to identify, design and deliver actionable research findings.Manage third party research vendors to execute and deliver best in class research.Develop plan to disseminate and present available Research to relevant audiences (both general staff and top leadership) on an ongoing basis so its value and utility is maximized. Make presentations to business partners when necessary.Develop into category and portfolio subject matter expert (SME).Keep abreast of new and emerging research resources and techniques that would be relevant for our business, vet them and test as appropriate.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.Qualifications:6-10 years in Marketing or Market Research and experience in Consulting.Team player; ability to lead, partner and negotiate with cross functional team to successfully deliver client needs. Track record of delivering meaningful research insights that drive business success.Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.Promotes a culture of teamwork across organizational boundaries
