**Responsibilities**:
**Your Impact**
As GMT Analista SR your responsibilities would consist of:
- ** Functional Responsibilities**:
- Quickly use technical (e.g., SQL), discovery and data profiling techniques to enable team understanding of "what data is available" within the context of specific business needs. (i.e. relating to PFNA AOP initiatives, measure time spent merchandising products on the shelves in stores compared to last year, etc.)
- Effectively communicate findings to both business and technical personnel, and iteratively execute follow-ups
- Understand business needs along with the data available and use to design effective dimensional data models to share with data engineers for technical ETL build
- Baseline support for our SQL*Server batch jobs
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor's degree in commerce/business administration Masters' degree is a plus
- 2+ Years each of hands-on advanced SQL experience and advanced DAX experience.
- Experience creating and managing tabular data models
- Ability and experience querying both relational database technologies (e.g. Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server,DB2) and emerging cloud-based
- Advanced Power BI Developer / Data Modeler
- Teach master classes within the Power BI community of practice to build/grow data culture around the business
- English Advance Level (Oral, Writing, Listening)
- Ability to provide new ways of approaching situations and developing new efficient solutions
- Independent & motivated individual; ability to receive direction and convert into an action plan with coaching and feedback"
