**Your responsibilities**:
- Responsible to Manage the Suppliers APQP Process.
- Responsible to ensure that all new components meet with the needed specifications and Supplier Process are capable to deliver parts in the Series Production
- Responsible for the project management & development of new components from the moment that the Supplier is awarded with a new Project until the component is released for series production.
- Ensures development interfaces operation; purchasing, project leader, quality management and supplier.
- Manages and monitors the entire quality planning for the defined components suppliers; guarantees that the Suppliers.
- Analyzes and process supplier-related quality problems during the component development and sets appropriate measures for improvement.
- Cooperate with the Engineering, Procurement and Quality department to support new program launches.
**Your profile**:
**Professional competencies**
- Experience in manufacturing engineering field preferred
- Experience in use of Quality tools
- Good GD&T Knowledge is required
- Strong Knowledge on Core Tools.
- Statistics Applied.
- ISO TS16949, VDA 6.3
**Profile of requirements**
- Formal technical education Metalurgical engineering.
- Ideally, professional experience as a product or process specialist (manufacturing engineer) in a sheet metal processing production plant, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience in the usage of the quality tools and thermal treatments in the Automotive industry
- Experience 2 Years in similar position
- English is a must, German as foreign language desired.
