Functions: *In charge of the general planning of projects. *Lead and carry out the required activities and control of the projects. *Ensure product deliveries on time, cost and quality. *Coordination of work teams for the execution of deliverables. *Support for Eng Specialty in Tijuana *NPI process improvements. *Creation, editing, drawing and interpretation of 3D parts. *Cost analysis, product design methods and being able to integrate them into tangible results effectively.

Experiência y requisitos
- Professional career in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering. (Master's degree preferred) -6- 10 years of experience in the industry, preferably in the area of new product development. -Knowledge of 2D and 3D software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Solid Edge.) -MS Excel, word and power point. -Knowledge in PLM/ERP systems (Teamcenter, SAP, MAPICS) -Advanced English. Soft Skills -Ease of speech. -Time management. -Personnel management. -Organization. -Communication skills to other departments. -Teamwork. -Analytic. -Highly motivated, disciplined and focused on the result. -Sense of urgency.
