The Role: We are looking for an experienced Public Relations-Senior account executive to manage one of the biggest accounts in BCW and supervise our account executives team. For this role, strong communication skills and a customer service attitude are essential. If you are someone who delivers, gets things done quickly, efficiently, and accurately, we would love to hear from you.As a Senior account executive, you should also be results-driven and help us achieve our business goals. Ultimately, you should be able to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts. What would you do if you move with us: • Make recommendations to strengthen communication programs. • Help develop media strategies and research, write, and present stories. • You will be your client's daily contact, strategist and consultant, available to offer advice, insights and expertise. • Possess the knowledge to develop a communication strategy that generates value and meets the client's objectives. • Know how to identify and respond to relevant trends to add value to your client's business. • You will interact, negotiate and develop projects with other teams from the agency itself or from external agencies Minimum 4 years of experience in the areas of communication, public relations or marketing, either in an agency or company. Indispensable: Excellent project management skills Proactive, flexible to day-to-day changes, and tolerance Advanced English – able to take meetings and make briefs Take the lead in managing relationships with clients and account teams.
