**Position Summary**:Account Managers possess proven world-class experience in managing account objectives, strategies, and problem-solving with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
A sense of urgency and bias for action are unwavering requirements for this role.
This position will bring to the organization commercial excellence, market intelligence, problem-solving, and a best-in-class focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
**Your Role**:- Lead account growth while managing the customer relationships and voice of the customer.- Create customer strategies through detailed value propositions maximizing booking, revenue and profitability achieving Aptiv metric and objectives.- Partner and build relationships with your assigned customer- Lead resolution of customer commercial disputes (recognized as Aptiv's customer lead).- Establish proactive communication and relationship that promotes confidence and trust.- Ensure customer demands are managed through the appropriate internal processes such that all responses are made timely, within and consistent with our commercial policy.- Create and drive deployment of strategic plan for the account.
Interacting with the customer- Identify business development opportunities.- Interact with the global Aptiv team, and execute any set strategy for the account**My Background**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business- +5 Years of experience in the automotive industry.- +3 years of Sales leadership- +3 years of experience working directly with Manufacturing, Finance, and Engineering- Excellent English level (oral and written).- Multi-tasker with proven capability of strong work ethic- Track record in establishing global customer strategies and increasing revenue/growth- Proven specific customer expertise & product expertise- Experience in leading a global sales team in the manufacturing or technology industry- Project Management or Quality knowledge and/or background (desirable)**Why join us?
