.**SHAPE THE FUTURE OF MOBILITY FROM DAY ONE.**This position is part of our Signal & Power Solutions segment out of Saltillo, Mexico.**Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Lead account growth while managing the customer relationships and voice of the customer.- Create customer strategies through detailed value propositions maximizing booking, revenue and profitability achieving Aptiv metric and objectives.- Lead resolution of customer commercial disputes (recognized as Aptiv's customer lead).- Establish proactive communication and relationship that promotes confidence and trust.- Ensure customer demands are managed through the appropriate internal processes such that all responses are made timely, within and consistent with our commercial policy.- Create and drive deployment of strategic plan for the account. Interacting with the customer purchasing, engineering and program management teams- Identify business development opportunities.- Interact with the global Aptiv team, and execute any set strategy for the account- Interact and lead local Aptiv teams for internal and external quotes**Must Haves (Basic Qualifications)**:- English: minimum 90%- Bachelor's degree- +3 years of Sales leadership- +3 years of experience working directly with Manufacturing, Finance and Engineering- +5 Years of experience in automotive industry.- Multitasker with proven capability of strong work ethic- Track record in establishing global customer strategies and increasing revenue/growth- Previous automotive system experience.**Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)**:- Master's degree- Connection, device and electrical systems experience.- Sales and / or engineering background.- Project Management or Quality knowledge and/or background**Aptiv Rewards & Advantages**:- Interesting career in a leading, world-recognized company; - Opportunity to professional growth and personal development in an international environment- Ability to implement own ideas and solutions**Some see differences.
