That means developing, delivering, and selling the state-of-the-art products and digital tools that make top performers even better.The Key Account Manager will work within an integrated cross-functional SQUAD team and will lead and manage the Department Stores business which represents 23% of Wholesale Mexico.
This role will maximize sales and profitability against defined targets and set objectives to work within the best interest of our consumers, customers, teammates, and the Under Armour brand.Your ImpactCollaborate with Sales Director in the definition of the Strategic framework while generating an Operating framework.Increase meeting frequency with Top Customers to enable faster communication and alignment.
Develop trust relationships with buyers and directors.Translate key customer needs into integrated strategies and joint business vision.Lead with an enterprise mindset by partnering across business unit/functions to drive projects and execute decisions.Establish GTM process fulfillment by coordinating the calendar execution: Pre-sale, ATP, QBR, SBP and 5YP.Manage detailed Scorecard management.Download yearly targets into Category / End Use / Monthly Targets.Work closely with KAM and Sales Planning in the segmentation door profiling and Sell Out Obsession analysis.Collaborate with the marketing team to define brand, account, and VM strategies to maximize brand awareness and promote sales.Identify opportunities and generate the escalation path for approval.Drive multifunctional alignment with internal and external partners.Track weekly orders.Manage collections and credit limits.Maintain closer relations with KAMs, sales planning, ASR, marketing for feedback and coaching.QualificationsBachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.Ideally, knowledge and experience from the Sporting Goods industry with strong experience and understanding of the Retail and Wholesale environment in Mexico's market.Understanding of the department stores business in Mexico is preferred.Workplace LocationLocation: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Mexico City office.Return to Work Designation: 3 days a week in-office, the remainder of the work week remote
