AccountantThis role is responsible for generating the financial information of the organization, which includes the registration and control of payments to suppliers and employees, as well as the preparation and presentation of tax obligations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant laws.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World:Calculation of weekly remittances and payments to suppliers, including receipt and review of invoices.Printing purchase orders, validating invoices, and accounting for invoices in the system (MACOLA).Scanning invoices, printing checks, distributing expenses, and making bank transfers to suppliers.Sending payment notifications to suppliers and following up on supplier inquiries.Timely payroll processing, including calculation and review of weekly payroll, special payroll, and tax margin verification.Preparation and recording of month-end policies and electronic accounting presentations.Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.Preparation and presentation of compensation notices and refund requests.Calculation and presentation of state taxes and INEGI reports.Preparation and presentation of provisional payments and IMSS payments, including invoicing of eventual income.Presentation of partner and shareholder lists before the SAT (Form 96).Support AOM activities and payroll payment dispersions in the bank.Reconciliation of IMSS payments versus accounting records.Preparation and presentation of responses to notifications and requirements before the SAT and Secretary of State Finance.Follow-up on submitted procedures to the SAT and other agencies.Provide information for audits and reviews as required by other departments.Meetings with the Union to clarify issues of interest or follow up on processes.Knowledge and management of tax laws.Required Qualifications for ConsiderationEducation: Public Accountant/Bachelor of Accounting degree or related field.5+ years of experience in a similar position.Knowledge of tax laws, reconciliation, VAT refund, and compensation procedures.Experience in preparation and presentation of provisional payments and monthly DIOT informative returns.Ability to manage matters before SAT authorities and government agencies.Attention to audits, reconciliations, payroll, and accounts payable.Intermediate or advanced Excel and MS Office skills.What happens after you apply?
