**Responsibilities**:
Collections Management:
- Strategically oversee accounts receivable for timely collections and resolution of outstanding payments.
- Develop and implement effective collections strategies to optimize cash flow.
- Experience with collections in the Brasil region is a significant advantage.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Cultivate positive client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in Portuguese, demonstrating effective communication in both written and verbal forms.
Banking Experience:
- Previous hands-on experience working with ITAU and Citi Banks, including familiarity with their platforms and banking processes.
Boletos Management:
- Expertise in the comprehensive management of "Boletos," including issuance, tracking, and reconciliation.
Payment Applications:
Reconciliations:
- Conduct regular reconciliations to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Month-End Close Activities:
- Actively contribute to month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports related to collections, payments, and other financial metrics.
Additional Preferred Qualification:
- Experience working with QAD, the ERP system, would be a significant advantage.
