Actively collaborates with various internal functions and departments as well as 3rd party vendors. This position is the key focal point for all internal and external payroll related audits. This role will help SABIC maintain integrity and compliance for all Mexico payroll issues.**How You Can Be the Impact**- Process gross pay, state and federal tax withholding, social security, and other deductions for all employees- Execute accounting routines required to complete monthly & quarterly financial closings for Payroll and Benefits- Prepare monthly & quarterly account reconciliations- Provide support for Payroll and Benefit financial and compliance internal and external audits- Understand and maintain internal controls to verify the accuracy of the financial results- Maintain and/or develop process flow and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents related to reconciliation activities- Validate and submit necessary payroll information to ADP- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies and questions regarding payroll deductions, and time and attendance- Work closely with Human Resources for master data reconciliation- Support data requests from SBU team for analysis of C&B costs- Review internal controls and recommend changes in payroll- Manage other misc
