Sr. Accounting Analyst

**What are we looking for?
**:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
- CPA/MBA or Master degree in Accounting a plus

Knowledge
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in Accounting areas
- Advanced Office Management (formulas, dynamic tables and good database management)
- Proactive, self-starter who has excellent project management skills
- Excellent communication skills with good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Multi-national corporate experience working across different time zones and geographies a plus
- Experience in a Shared Services Centre environment would be a plus

**What will be your key responsibilities?
**:

- Analysis of the Quality of accounting records for periodic financial closings to occur in accordance with corporate deadlines, so it will have to coordinate the team and ensure the quality of financial information.
- Lead the Balance reviews process in order to give visibility of the information as well as possible risks and opportunities in order to detected them in a timely manner.
- Responsible of the analysis and maintenance of the hierarchies in Helios been a key contact with Financial Planning team for the understanding of the Brands and Customers
- Ensure that all Accounting Validations are run during the Financial Close
