Sr Accounting Specialist

You will plan and execute initiatives to support critical business needs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver month end close activities for multiple entities - manufacturing and non-manufacturing entities.
- Monthly Reporting processes
- General accounting support
- Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Corp schedules (HFM)
- Ensure compliance & adherence of businesses to defined policies & work procedures
- Prepare account recons for balance sheet accounts and ensure they are delivered with quality
- Ensure follow up and resolution in reconciling open items and/or variances
- Support external and internal audits queries
- Support in annual Tax Package
- Experience in: Fixed assets, payroll, cash, intercompany, CIP
- Accrual entries knowledge
**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Accounting Degree
- 5 + years of overall finance experience.
- English advanced
- Experience with Oracle a must, other large ERP systems preferred.
- Experience understanding BS reconciliations
- Process orientated with excellent problem-solving skills
