Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist

**Vacancy Name**- Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist**Location of Work**- Tijuana, Mexico**Employment Type**- Full Time Employee- Contact customers to ensure and secure payments.- Assist on reports, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly.- Generate timely and accurate customer invoices.- Manage incoming payments, properly tracking them into the system to maintain accurate records.- Cash Posting, cash receipts (ACH, wire, lockbox checks)- Send out customer statements and attend request from customers and departments.- Customer Portals, Interactions upload invoices documents to ensure payments.- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.- Provide support for internal and external audits.- Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.- Run, review and analyze the AR aging report.- Reduce the Past due balances and work hand by hand on top accounts. Other related assigned duties- Knowledge of basic accounting principles- Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy- Ability to analyze high volume data.- High degree of knowledge of Accounts Receivable functions.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Microsoft Office- Sistema AX- Dynamic 365- CSI- Carrera profesional Terminada- Ingles Intermedio
